Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ANY products as they are all handmade custom to order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While we aim to provide high quality and durable jewelry, it isn’t meant to be worn 24/7. Avoid water, sprays, chemicals and sleeping in your jewelry to keep it sparkling!
Due to the nature of our spoon rings being made of recycled silverware that is often antique, many rings can leave your fingers green/discolored after wear and may cause irritation to those who have sensitive skin. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we suggest looking at the material when purchasing and opting for stainless steel ones if you have concerns. They are also made custom to size, be sure to determine your correct size before purchasing.
There will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS if you have ordered the incorrect size.
Shipping
Oaker and Elm is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once they have been shipped you will receive tracking information and it is out of our hands. Be sure to provide the correct shipping information and contact us immediately by emailing support@oakerandelm.com if there is a mistake.
Processing time on regular orders is 2-5 days. If you have ordered a spoon ring, since they are made custom to size it can take up to 2 weeks to make and ship. Please be patient as I work to make your ring PERFECT for you!
